Fully automatic registration of withdrawals and returns

In a cabinet-based solution, textiles are stored in Texi Dispenser Cabinets that require an approved access card to open. Normally, it’s the user’s personnel card. The textile cabinets have built-in antennas that scan the RFID chip inside the textiles and register which garments are taken out. These garments are then registered to the user and charged to the user’s textile account. The registration also means that an inventory of the contents of the textile cabinet takes place automatically, and the stock balance is therefore always correct and up-to-date.

After the textiles have been used, they are returned to the Texi Return Units which register the RFID chip and credit the user’s textile account. The entire logistics flow is managed with the dedicated software Texi Management SystemTEXI Management System where it’s also easy to add automated textile orders.

Surface-efficient textile handling when you are short on space

A cabinet-based solution is very space-efficient and is perfect for organizations that don’t have much space but still have a high turnover of textiles. The textile cabinets Texi Dispenser Cabinet can be placed easily accessible and close to the user in e.g. corridors or changing rooms, so that the textiles are always exactly where they are needed. In addition, the cabinets enable rooms that were previously used for textile storage to now be used for more necessary purposes.

The Texi Return Unit is mounted inside the wall, which means that the part where users return garments takes up little space and can be placed in a corridor or a changing room. The back of the unit ends up in a separate room, providing easy access for service personnel. It is also possible to integrate the Texi Return Unit with AGV robots that automatically come and pick up full textile carts and replace them with new ones.
