[GUIDE] Textile Logistics – which solution is best for us?
6 May, 2020
If a user removes clothes from a room-based solution without registering their withdrawal, the Texi Alarm Gate will detect the unauthorized withdrawal. The Texi Alarm Gate can be configured to give an alarm to the user if they withdraw clothes without registering them or to only automatically correct the inventory in the textile room.
In order for a room-based solution to work well, all clothing withdrawals must be registered by the users. If this doesn’t happen, errors occur in the room’s clothing inventory, which can cause shortages and errors in orders. Texi Alarm Gate registers garments that have been taken out unauthorized but can also give an alarm to the user so that the user can go back and register their withdrawal. Alarms can be given both with light and sound.
Even if the user does not go back and register their clothing withdrawal, the Texi Alarm Gate will correct the inventory in the textile room for the items the user took. In this way, the inventory is always updated so that staff have exact information and can make the correct orders to the laundry.
The alarm function in Texi Alarm Gate can be set in three ways to best adapt to the needs of your business:
Get full control of your room-based solution.
Portal for detecting of unauthorized withdrawals in a room-based solution.
Antenna and reader are mounted on the wall or ceiling.
In case of unauthorized withdrawal, the stock balance is automatically corrected.
Can give an alarm with sound and light.
